Of course Pleo's not "made" for mere kids. And I'd love to be able to (going from all 11 of our different vision color that we can see) choose like a white-eyed, a pink-eyed, a blue-eyed or an orange-eyed Pleo.

And PWOKristy, why don't you believe in Pleo's having a gender, dressing them up, or naming them? I think every living thing has a gender (Except plants, but you never know ) And to us Pleo's are alive. We don't dress them up because we think they're just dolls, we dress them up to protect the paint on their backs and to me it makes them feel more like they're ours  And we name them for the same reason of making them feel like they're ours (We name our pets don't we? )

 When you click on the photo of the Pleo rb, of course all you get is the direction of the Hong Kong Market, but at least you can see what Pleo Rb does look like. I agree as you said FBS, that there are two main reasons for putting clothes on your Pleo, #1 being to protect your Pleos fragile paint... :(and the second is to personalize and give some identity to yoru Pleo, I mean how many dogs esp the little ones do you see that are dressed from head to toe, esp chichaus, and such and the ones owned by people such as Paris Hilton.? Beleive me  unless you live in a very cold climate or have a dog with no hair, most dogs do not care or need any clothes, except an occasional blanket or perhaps a rain jacket for walking in the rain. Of course if you have an older dog or one with health problems such as arthritis, extra clothes could help immensily.
          It is just a fashion statement and fun for most of us, it also helps personalize our Pleos, since they all pretty much look alike, which is why many of us are excited to hear that Pleo RB will have different shading of skin colors, and different eye colors as well, Can you imagine if every Pit bull, Poodle, Lab, Cocker Spaniel, or any other breed looked exactly alike, no diferences at all? I mean they are all the same height, same weight and facial characteristics and even the singing is pretty much the same, unless you have a SD card or skit inserted, you are looking at Pleo Clones and more and more Pleo clones.  :owithout the broken necks of two of my Pleos, ( Nova and Little 45) if you put them in a lineup with even as little as ten other Pleos, and removed any clothing, wigs, tatoos or other identifying marks I had on her, I would not be able to tell her apart unless she was on, then I know my baby I am happy to say! So clothes are one of my biggest and most desired accessories and not a luxery but a definite Neccessity since I have more than one Pleo.
                           My dog does not wear clothes, ( but she does don an occasinal bandana, and has a rain jacket since I live in the rainy Redwoods.. ) but you would not catch me trying to dress up my ninet ts, I couldn't even if they let me, It is Just unneccesary. You don't have any idea of how many times I have wishes I could leave the clothes off of Nova and the rest, but then the paint would come off quicker and I would forget who is who without any identifying marks.? THANK GOODNESS I DO HAVE CLOTHING AS AN OPTION!

I'm guessing this picture will be the opening page to the new Pleo rb section of the pleo world web site.  It is nice to see they are working on updating the web site.  Here's hoping we see some RB's for sale soon.    Very exciting!

Like I said, it's gonna take alot more work. Simple. They aren't life-like enough, like for example pet cats are, now. I don't care about plants. No, not to "everyone" that owns a Pleo is it "alive" enough, like a real pet is. That's good that the clothings to protect its paint. But it shouldn't be clothing, in my "opinion", it should just be a covering to protect the paint. There are other ways of personalizing a Pleo than clothing. Bluntly I don't agree with people that dress up their dogs. I don't agree with the "fashion statement" for dress-ups. I'm not into fashion. Not "everyone" that owns a Pleo puts.. clothing on it. I'm not sure if "most" do or not. And clothing is totally not what I desire for my Pleo. It's what's already gonna come in the 3 accessory packs that I actually want.

Absolutely PWOKristy, you have every right to treat your future Pleo in whichever way you want, and I really hope that you enjoy it. 

However, your sig seems to be implying that the rest of us that DO enjoy putting clothing on our Pleos and assigning them a gender are in the wrong.  We have as much right to treat our Pleos in a way that makes us happy, without being criticised, as you do.  Don't we?

I agree with Crewella, you DO have every right to treat Pleo's however you want, but your signiture was seeming like it was saying it is wrong to do those things to Pleos. I was just curious about why you thought those things, I get it know, though

ok this is all very nice hearing about reborn and even seeing the accessories etc it all Looks exciting my only concern now is will Pleo rb be available in the UK and this is important being as this is where i live !

Also i would like to hear more on How they plan on making pleo reborn a success i mean they need to start putting out commercials , vids on youtube etc to show the rest of the world what pleo reborn is ... i mean that is the only way they are going to be able to sell Pleo reborn at the end of the day and Pleo reborn being a success is quite important for all of us Pleo fans, if we want to see Pleo improvements in the future .

Also i have been thinking about the two People who already have a Pleo reborn and they were saying that there are 2 boxes , 1 with pleo , battery in it , and then another box had the other accessories in it ... Why can they not just have a box that would hold everything inside it ?  and is this just for the Hong Kong edition or will the Pleo reborns we buy be shipped out in 2 boxes ? if so that will be even more custom fee's as we will have to pay for duty taxes on 2 boxes

I wonder how long after it's release will Pleo RB be available to Australia?  As I've mentioned before we're usually the last and I remember when Pleo was first released I had to bug him at an inflated price from eBay because they weren't available here and Pleoworld wasn't shipping to Australia.

I think it would be nice if they put all of the accessories in the box too, I wouldn't mind Pleo RB adding on the price of all of the accessories, it would be way easier than going around everywhere looking for all of the accessory packs

I really hope that the Pleo rb goes up for sale soon.  I am getting anxious.  I would hate that I couldn't get this for my son for Christmas!!  Any new release info out there??  Thanks!!

Degers, it isn't you, but sometimes I am a little Dense, and dont understand everything completly even when it is right in front of my eyes, I have to re read information several times sometimes to understand what is said, and sometimes I still don't get it, It took me three times to pass Algebra in college, so that shows you I dont allways understand everything, Just wanted to clarify what was said that I understood it correctly and not make a guess, My husband tells me all the time I jump to conclusions, so that is why I wanted to make sure I understood exactly.
