They are telling us that it is the same just a different color to the pink and blue ones so I would expect it to be the same price.

vERY INTERESTING, I figured a long time ago, they would be $450:00 or more, so $500:00 Plus shiipping sounds right. NOw we just have to wait, I am anxious to not only get one but see what the skin actualy feels like compared to my other Pleos.

a lot to pay out for just before christmas

I think that IS the same Pleo rb as before, but can see in the last pic that the toenails have been painted - it's just faint.

aside from the physical improvemnts I think I like the Eye color the best, too many blue eyes in my house, including my husbands and cats, thank God the fish do not have blue eyes.

( NOw I love blue eyes, don't get me wrong, it is just a house full of blue eyed Pleos, I want some variety!)

Amber eyes will be on my wish list, but like Jules I'm not sure I can justify spending what could potentially be $600+ on myself so close to Christmas, I could buy my family some lovely gifts with that much money. No matter how much I want one, family comes first.

The price point is going to decide it for me I think + exchange rates and the $70 postage.

I have noticed a big difference in the paint work on the "green" Pleo rb compared to the Pink/Blue Pleo rb. The pink/blue ones have the same color head as the main body color. The new "Green" Pleo rb has a green head the same color as his strips but a yellow body. I wonder if the paint work would seem more realistic if his head was yellow as well as his body with the green only being for his stripes?

Or green as his main body color and head color and yellow for the stripes.

Maybe an interesting idea for the future?

I'm still in two minds to get one though, I have kids that are more important so close to Christmas. Getting a Pleo rb is not a priority!

I must admit I've made a decision not to purchase Pleo RB unless I can buy from within the UK or from mainland Europe. So close to Christmas and it looking like a more costly purchase too

I'm not exited too... i love the pink Pleo, she's adorable, but i cant pay much money to get one. I dont like the idea of many items too, for me Pleo now looks like an expensive "doll" with lots of accessories

I think the diffence between Ugobe and Innvo is in this point: Ugobe created Pleo with the idea of a companion pet, Innvo wants to sell Pleo like a common electronic toy

Hi Friends:
I am a pet lover and as a owner of both Innvo Labs Pleo (Pleoxie) and Pleo rb (Bluedino). I could share my comment with you.
First I don't like the Pink color either, the blue one is OK but my best favorite choice would be the original green Pleo color, so I am looking forward to buy a Green Pleo rb when it is available in pleoshop. The HK agent don't carry the green version and they claim the pink and blue version is their special color edition for Great China market, may be there is different taste in China and Western market

Secondly, based on my experience with Pleo rb in the past 3 weeks, Pleo rb is too complicate as a toy for kids, the manual for one language is over 60 pages, so don't buy Pleo rb as a gift for kids if you are not prepare to guide and assit them to take care of Pleo rb.

I feel all the additional features are transforming the Pleo rb into a true companion pet I dream for , a robotic pet that I need to take care and treat it well like a real living pets such as feed it on time, petting it to keep it in good mood. Has sense if day and night. It would sad and sick if it is not being treated well. Can't be just turn on and off as an electronic toy.

I am now trying to ask my 10 years old son to take care of Bluedino in order to let him learn about responsiblity in taking care of Pleo rb rather than just being taking care of.

I like the food feeding features, We enjoy joking with Bluedino with the rock salt and mint leaf which it doesn't like. Also now Bluedino could response to its name except my wife own the right, not me

Wow I hope the 2010 Pleo's not too much of a big jump in pricing.

Edit: I thought about that before too Junk. And I'd agree if they hadn't have made significant improvements to the Pleo. They deserve some applause for what they've done.

i am loving the idea of all those accessories this was something i did want for reborn , and to me this makes Pleo even more of a companion pet

The only thing i do not like the sound of is Pleo rb will only respond to 1 voice and so i hope in future updates please take this into account Innvo

that we will be able to get rb to recognise 2 -4 voices and so will keep every1 happy in the house

New eye colors do sound fun though. Personally, like RWM, I'd like something other than blue. My eyes are blue, as are my cat's. XD I just hope the new Pleos still look as cuddly ^^'
