I read on some website of an interview with Caleb Chung that when Pleo feels a hard pressure on his leg, he'll cry out in pain and limb around for awhile. I'm not planning to hurt Frisbee just to see if this works. I had a sneaking suspicion this interview was made
before the release of Pleo, when he was still in the development. I've never had Frisbee do something like that before and nor have I seen this information on the official website so it makes me wonder whether it's true or not.
Also they stated that let's say for instance that my whole house was covered in thick carpet, and your was covered in hardwood. My pleo would sense that it was using up most of its energy on walking so it would raise its legs higher. Your Pleo wouldn't raise it's legs as high as mine. Now if the interview is correct, then why bother making high step mode! Another reason why I have suspicions about the date of the interview...
Can anyone confirm what I'm saying?
