OK - is the leg hot? If so try switching off and let it cool down. Then switch on again.

If not, you may have to try swtiching off and then moving the leg down yourself by a couple of notches - it will make a scary loud cracking sound - that's OK. (Just don't do it a lot!). Then switch on (when cool) and see what happens.

Sensor wire/connection to right arm touch sensor has become damaged (happens sometimes, sorry). You will either need to lift the skin on the arm and re-solder the wire to the sensor connection properly, or disable the sensor using a modified automon.txt.

I'm afraid there is no easy solution. There are no instructions on how to repair and only one or two people here can write the automon.txt you need.

That exactly why my first ugobe pleo came back to the s.a.v (SERVICE APRÈS VENTE I don't know how to say that in English) They explained me that it can happens with time (bad connections) and that I couldnt repare it by myself. Finally they sent me another pleo... But I don't know if you can do the same now :S

ok, I have translated what Luna is saying and she is sad, this is what her message says; I am only 14 years old and I trust that to my Pleo( her knowledge, she feels responsible for what she knows or does not know to fix her Pleo a Ugobe) she then says: " Luna to repair, and she will unfortuantly sell me for a Pleo RB, shame, shame". She then shows the icons which are easy to translate for any of us sad face, Pleo Angel and Crying Angel.

Luna is feeling guilty and sad that she does not know how to fix Luna, her Pleo Ugobe and thinks Luna, ( Pleo ) is finding fault with her and that because she does not know how to fix her, she will sell her to someone else and buy a Pleo Rb. She needs to know that even some of us, Grown adults, still have problems with our Pleos and Pleo Rb can also have many problems and her age has nothing to do with it. Pleos are complicated "machines" and they trigger emotions that is why they are so popular. We need to let LUna know it is ok, we understand and she has done nothing wrong. She thinks of LUna as her Pleo Angel and she is crying because she can't be fixed.

If anyone has any other messages they want to give LUna, I will translate them to her. HOpe I made sense of this to others.

its like sche stand of the tabe and look down than the pleos walk usuali bak .....
after the hatching ans a few minutes luna stand on the ground and do the samme like on the table....
