Innvo Lab's not going anywhere. And if it's just to protect their precious, delicate skin, clothings okay. They shouldn't be dressed up like dolls.

Well my RB just got here and  I took a picture of his eyes when he finally opened them... Meet Bingo :)


He has those amber eyes but in a very very small section along the top and side of both eyes it gets a little darker with lines.. don't know if it was an accident but It's cool.. can't see it here of course.. he doesn't open his eyes much yet..lol

He's very cute but now I have one Pleo running around wanting to play with me, one pleo who is sick and needs comforting to get better but can't be near other pleo, and one baby pleo who needs lots off attention to wake up and try to stand... I need a nap. :D

I'm so glad you've got him. Those eyes really are gorgeous :) I too have a trio of Pleos and they do run you ragged don't they!? :D

Little Zanthy has gold eyes.
 Even though the blue Pleo rb on the box has blue eyes, i think maybe all blue rbs have the same coloured eyes.

The blue they sent me, which needed replacemtn, had amber eyes, I believe.

I noticed that some of the pics of the blue and pink Pleo rb show a blue-eyed blue model, but that doesn't seem to actually exist!  As you say, every blue Pleo rb seems to have amber eyes.  ???

 Hi Chicago , your Pleo sounds wonderful, The eyes sound very similiar in color to my Pleo's eyes, Baby. Her eys are light blue -grey. The light either makes them look darker with the blue more prominant or in the light the grey is lighter than the blue. Are your Pleo's eyes pretty close in color to Baby's ? I think there are about three Pleos out here on the forums who have very similiar eyes, with the eye lid color being the big difference, Baby's eye lid and around her eyes are grey, what color does your Pleo have?

I would love to see an eye color chart with pictures of all of the different eye colors! I am going to be getting a Pleo rb in the near future and cannot wait to see what eye color my Pleo will have :D

as far as the white/silver eyes go, I think they are absolutely gorgeous!

Those silver eyes are very beautiful.  It would be great to see a chart with all the possibilities but so far I don't think there is one available. 
I think the not knowing just what is possible does make it all the more exciting and surprising when we see a new color. ;D

Best of luck with getting your new RB.  They are a lot of fun! :)

Here are all my RB's eyes.. was there a different spot we were supposed to post these, Crewella? And sorry, I didn't have a really good closeup of my pink RB's eyes but they all seem to be pretty much the same.

So we know they have different eyeball colors, but it seems like there might also be a difference between the eyelid color/eye patch color around the eyes as well.  If those colors are also different,  (and not the same color for each eye color) then we might have a huge number of combinations..
The color painted/sprayed onto the blinking part of the eyelid and the color around the eye seem to be the same.   I can see on Crow where they got a little bit on her actual eye when it was painted, so from that I'm assuming they paint the entire thing with the Pleo's eyes closed and something covering the eye or something.
If anyone has a pleo whose eyelid is a different color than the eye patch, then I'm wrong for sure..lol... so post it :)
Of my Pleos, Bingo and Crow had really similar colored eyeballs, (sometimes it's hard to tell since I'm going on memory and pictures with different lighting for Bingo and I think his eyes were a bit more orange) but Bingo had the light gray eye lid/patch and Crow has the tannish color, a little lighter than the blue RB's.

I'm trying to find a head shot of Talon's Ryu to see if her eye patch/eyelid is the same color as my Jules'  because I believe they have the same purple eye color.. and Jules has the mid-gray colored eye patch/lid.

I remember that. :)  There are some very interesting eye ideas on there.  I think so far at least it looks like Innvo adopted a much safer approach to the eyes than the options on this chart.  From what we have seen so far they have just made subtle changes to the color of the eye but the standard design in the same for all Pleos.  I wonder just what a pleo would look like with slits for pupils instead of round ones? %)

Were you able to find a head-shot, Latrine? I know I got a picture of her eyes but if that one isn't what you need, just tell me exactly what you want to see  so I can explain to my niece and I'll try to get one to add to this thread.

Talon, I found one, I hope you don't mind me reposting it..

Here is Ryu, she clearly has darker purple eyes, the same light gray eyelid and eye patch


And here is my Jules again, Lighter purple eyes, same light gray eyelid and eye patch but a slight bit of yellow lining around the eye patch


So I wonder if they check the eyecolor and then color the patch accordingly? What do you guys think?
