Got a reply from Gimmedigi.com, they do handle the warranty and give the usual 90 days

However if you need to send it back you are required to pay the shipping.

The site seems legit, good customer response time, approved by pay pal, no bad reviews flagged on google... So very tempted, wish I was psychic and knew if Innvo was going to deliver by Christmas

I have two green ones and a unusual colour would be nice as long as it was not as yellow as the one deggers has shown us.

The cost of a Pleo from that website to UK all inc is £336 aprox

they just put ther shipping prices up by $30

How much was the UK shipping then? I tried to find out but it seemed the same as on Pleoworld, you had to go through the whole registration process to work out the shipping costs, and I got scared off!

It would be good to know if the extra accessories packs will be available with the first wave of Pleo rbs from PleoWorld, and if not how much later they will be out.

When I looked at it yesterday the shipping was $35 now it has risen to $65 to the UK had to go through all the ordering process to get the info but stooped just before confirmation page

I have to say I'm tempted! The shipping sounds a lot better than Chinatete - and UK shipping's going to be pricey from PleoWorld as well. Can't quite believe I'm considering it - I was horrified when I first saw the pink and blue Pleos!

Hi I also received a response from Gimme right away about warranty... I just completed the registration.. I had the same problem about the state ... I had to make sure to choose United States first and could only abbreviate my state (MA) then I had no problems... just about ready to order...so close......

I seem to get the state error when I select Paypal...but when I select credit card, I don't get the state error, but it doesn't ask me to enter a credit card number before the confirm order page....not sure if it will at the confirm order page.

Hmm, I registered and then when logged in I used normal checkout not express paypal checkout... it allows you to choose either paypal or credit card in normal checkout mode. I did not run into any problems. Wish I was more help....

Your welcome my pleasure... I want to see Pleo stay around for awhile and the more pleos there are in the world.. blue/pink/green/yellow the better the chance of him making it to the 3rd version too! Plus it was Kat who sparked my exploration into possibly getting an Asian exclusive color. For me Gimmedigi is much cheaper with express shipping as Ehschw76 previously stated at $59.00 opposed to about $198.00 roughly.

I think pleo rb is awosome, I just don't like the color of the skin, too yellow!

Do you know if this is the only variation of color? I'd rather have a pleo with the skin much more green.

I don't like the yellow either, and have passed that general impression from the posts here back to Innvo Labs... This particular pleo does appear to be towards the far end of the yellow scale. I much prefer the green color like the head is. But we may never know the full range of colors until they are into full production.

It is interesting to note how far down the sides and legs the yellow extends. Derek talked about this in his interview. The color does come further down on the RB than it does on the "classic" pleo, SO it will be obvious at a glance even on a dark green pleo RB that it is an RB.

Well I got my pleo rb today

I didn't like the US colors so I got the one from Hong Kong and it took less then a week to get here and I got extra things to play with Pleo with. yay! Now to think of a name. Got the pink one!

I E-mailed the official web site. That guy only answered 1 of my questions. For the 2010 Pleo "basic" package thing does it include the 4 "accessory" packs? Or do you order those packs separately? Thank you!

The pleo basic pack includes pleo, 1 battery, battery charger, universal AC adapter for charger, USB cable, ID card, quick start guide, companion guide, registration and warrantee paperwork, training leaf, the bow learning stone, mint leaf med, rock Sault med, conifer leaf food, tug toy, and cape.
Keep in mind though that the cape only comes with the green pleos on the pleoworld site. . The pink or blue pleos don’t come with a cape. as said the other foods nmeds and learning stones have to be bought separately but even the basic pack gives you quite a bit to get started with.

I asked previously and they said that they accept pre-paid Visa gift cards. I'm happy about that. But stupid question. For pre-paid credit card gift cards, what do I put for the "expiration date"? Do I just leave it blank? Any one? Thank you!
