To the left of every post is information about the poster.   Just below the poster's name and avatar is the group(s) the member is part of.   That information includes the number of times they have posted.  Right below that number may also be some stars.  The stars are meant to just be a visual representation of that number and group.  As the number of posts the person makes reaches certain levels, that person is "awarded" certain stars.  For example, when a person has posted at least 15 times, but less than 30 times, there will be two silver stars displayed.

The following chart lists the number and color of stars based on the number of posts the person has made and the group they are in:
  • 0-4 posts, no stars, hatchling.
  • 5-14 posts, one silver star, member.
  • 15-29 posts, two silver stars, member.
  • 30-49 posts, three silver stars, member.
  • 50-74 posts, four silver stars, member.
  • 75-124 posts, one gold and three silver stars, full member.
  • 125-199 posts, two gold and two silver stars, full member.
  • 200-299 posts, three gold and one silver stars, full member.
  • 300-424 posts, four gold stars, full member.
  • 425-574 posts, one green and three gold stars, senior member.
  • 575-749 posts, two green and two gold stars, senior member.
  • 750-949 posts, three green and one gold stars, senior member.
  • 950-1199 posts, four green stars, senior member.
  • 1200-1499 posts, five green stars, Jurassic member.
  • 1500-1999 posts, five green stars w/ dino, Jurassic member.
  • 2000-2999 posts, five green and pink stars w/ 2 dinos, Jurassic member.
  • 3000-4999 posts, five green and pink stars w/ 2 dinos, Jurassic member.
  • 5000+ posts, five green stars, Pleo Master.
  • five red stars, forum administrator.
  • blue stars, forum and/or board moderator.

The person's name in various places matches the color scheme of the stars.  For 0-74 posts, the name is in silver.  For 75-424 posts, the name is gold, and for 425+ posts, than name is in green.

The list goes on, but it will be a while before we get to that point Wink
Other certain titles have different colors and amounts of stars.

That star eating dinosaur is awesome! I wasn't too fond of forums either (mostly because there was usually tons and tons of "trolls" who posted mean things about everyone and everything) But I love these forums, everone is extremely kind  Smiley
