How long does it take to charge an RB's battery to full?

3 to 4 hours for 2 hours of runtime.

IMR is right. Sometimes a brand new RB will come with the battery halfway charged. That was the case with me. Ryu's battery went green after about an hour of charging time. After that it performed normally.
