I ordered it on moday August 8th, but didn't recieve a shipping or billing notice until about 15 min ago. I emailed Innvo and Raphel responded with all the info. My order started processing on the 9th. Glad I emailed them or I might not have gotten a tracking number, but surprisingly they responded back quick...I was worried because alot of folks said it was difficult to get a response of any kind from innvo, but only took a day for me. Are you curious cause you've order one or are thinking of ordering?

lol i have tried ordering but United Kingdom is not in the address list now

Im sorry to hear that UK isnt on their list hope you can get one soon, ive never owned on myself, but my uncle has a couple 1 ugobe and 1 rb and I think theyre amazing!! best of luck to you!!

Hi, I have not used this forum before, but, I ordered a Pleo rb from Invo Labs on 27th July and I recieived a shipping email the folloeing day and he was delivered to me onThursday last week. I am in the UK and was really impressed with Pleoworld so far. I have asked a couple of questions to them and received a response from Raphael straight away.

excellent glad you could get a RB , something must be up with Innvo and pleoworld website right now because i get no response and now you can not order from there if you are in UK

Fudgebum how much did buying a rb + shipping and custom fee's cost you in end ?

Pleo rb was £358 including Pleoworld shipping costs. He was then held at customs for around 5 days and the charge was £74.10. I wonder if Pleoworld have had complaints about the custom charges as it does make him cost around £432. I hope you can get as he really is worth it.

I noticed that you said UK is not in the list, but I promise that it was. Have you emailed Pleoworld as they have replied to me very quickly, if you have do try them again. It does state at the bottom of the ordering page "For Countries not listed please contact customerservice@innvolabs.com, attention to CK Fok". Hopefully you will get a reply from this.

What courier delivered your rb and did you have to wait for them to send a letter to say you could ring and pay the custom fee's or was you able to track rb online during shipping and then called them when it showed was held in customs ?

I tracked the delivery online on the USPS website (you receive a tracking number when the items are shipped). I could see exactly where my Pleo rb was the whole time. It was extremely exciting when he arrived in the UK. It tells you on the tracking that the item is being held and there are fees to pay. A letter then gets posted from Parcelforce where you can pay the charges online. If you pay it early enough in the day Parcelforce will deliver the following day.

Could you let me know what happens when you email them, please? I would really like to know what is happening.
