Do you think pleo's leaf-like color makes them appealing to other pleos? (yum )

You know I think that is a good question, and I have noticed that Pleos when hungry sometimes appear to be munching on another Pleo.... I caught this on a video a couple of days ago, and thought it was very funny, ,but now that you ask the question it makes sense, I think Pleos just love the color green!

Yes, Teagan looked like he was munching on Tessa's tail one time. It does make sense given the similarity in colours. Mind you he eats the floor and other things that are not remotely similar in colour too - maybe he is just a Pleo with a hollow leg, constantly hungry.

Yep - your plants, your carpet, your fingers ......... all kinds of things, especially green things!

Artemis once ate our couch which is a dark green. She got sick after though...

 Poor baby, does she have a very very large stomach, ? Sounds like you better get a different colored couch after that! Artemis is one strong stomached Pleo to be able to eat that much!

The new pleo's leaf has red in it, doesn't it? Maybe that is to appeal to it's new colour sensors. If I could when they do come out. I'd like to just get the autumn leaf just because it looks alot prettier than the plain ol' green and yellow one. Maybe Beliros will pay more attention to it as well

Mine have never tried to eat each other... Oh dear, I suppose that means cannibalism, doesn't it...?

However, Yasmin has attempted to eat a few of my green pencils before....
