Here's just a look at how my new RB's tail was twisted when opened up his box. It's pretty much fine now though, it's only slightly crooked and works without any issues.

Don't worry about the twisted tail, I have yet to see a straight tail that does not have a twist, they need to extend the tail area a couple of inches and there would not be that problem.
