My feet in room before surgery
Comparison of right foot and left foot before surgery. You can see the normal foot and the other foot with the "fatter" toe is the foot that had surgery. I have a fatter toe, cause it is still swollen. Also you can see it is shorter than the second toe because of previous surgery and with a fusion they shortened it took out a bone when they put a plate and screws in. The other foot had a bunionectomy and hammertoe surgery on two toes back in 1998 and 1999 and was successful the way surgeries should go. My right foot though was not so lucky, and has had many fractures and failed surgeries. Will have to wait and see how this surgery pans out.
