My sweet Skinny Karl Kat

My poor sweet Karl Kat who is so anemic and sick, is just skin and bones, He used to be so handsome and weighed more than my other cats at 14 pds, He weighed more then because of steroid injections for his Stomatitis, now he weighs in the range of 8 pds+. He should weigh between 10-11 pds.
he eats very little on his own, mostly water and juice from tuna or purreed food, I have to syringe him extra food and vitamins or he will starve. I am hoping he gets better soon, it is so sad seeing him waste away, His face looks normal, but his body makes me want to cry...
