Here is a full body shot of Karl Kat before his rescue. You can see just how "swollen his mouth, jaw and whole face are!"He looks terrible here, this was perhaps two to three days before he was trapped and taken to the vets. He had his abcess taken care of an a lot of antibiotics. After the abcess healed, he was taken back and neutered. After that, I had fallen in love with him, and with a little pursuasion of my husband, ( it didn't take much) he became our cat our new boy, and he has blossomed into a lovely boy. He has nearly doubled his weight, he has nice fur once again, and after almost a year of treatment with steroid injections and antibiotics which were constant, he had all but his four canine teeth removed because of Stomatitis.
 He is a wonderful boy and I am glad I got to rescue this lovely boy that someone had lost or deserted . I hate to think of what would have happened to him had he not gone to the vets with the sad shape he was in....
