theyre super nice~  do the sleeves cover the whole leg or are they cape-like?

This is a cape like design.  The legs are a wrap around design and the ends of the leg pieces over lap and do up with velcro.  I will post a pic of what it looks like from the bottom for you to see. :)  I leave the belly open so you have easy access to the battery and on off switch.
