Suzette upside down

Suzzette, or Suzy Q as I like to call her, is upside down in the window box surrounded by chicken wire to prevent a cat from getting out on our back yard deck. Some of our cats are luck enough to get to go out, since we live on such a very busy street, and even though our yard is completly blocked off with a tall fence and chicken wire on top of that, I know if a cat wants out bad enough, they will look for a way to get out of the yard. This is our little female Brown tortie, Suzy Q, she is the mother want to be.( they are all neutered and spayed 
) she will spend hours in the flower box just sitting in the grass, on the board perch and lying upside down watching the cats that do get to go out.
