Just got a gorgeous laptop yesterday... All mine!

However, I have to wait until my birthday to open it. D:

It's some kind of beautiful black Sony..... It was on sale for six-hundred something, as opposed to the normal one-thousand something. It was good quality, no tricks, and it comes with basic software. I want it to be August 24th already. DX

Wow your lucky! I've been wanting my own computer for awhile now as the Windows one I share with my brother, the Mac with everyone in my family and the laptop is mostly always open for me to use. It's one of the latest laptops from Mac. I really like it.

Also happy birthday! I know it's a bit earlier but I'll probaly be traveling that week and I may not get the chance to say it then.

I hope you enjoy your new laptop!

I am buying a new computer, I hate my laptop

Well I do love its portability but it is hopeless for multi tasking even though its a dual core AMD Turion, it just doesn't have the processing power I need.

Hopefully you won't have that problem Allo

Handy tip though, invest in a usb mouse and a laptop cooling fan, both incredibly useful

i just bought a vaio as well. an FW 378D
blueray, hdmi output, 16x9 1080p screen.
i love it!

I can comprehend, I just didint understand what this was about.

now I figured it out, you were joking about the license thing.

and I thought you said she was getting a licence and then she said she wasint, so I was just left dumbfounded, until I saw the "Next we'll be hearing" part as you meant it not "Next week we'll be hearing you will have your drivers license" Like I first read it.
