Funny thing just happend to me!
I went to pleoworld from a link and was able to register my new Pleo....

So does this mean that the new owners have put the website back up here is the link http://www.pleoworld.com/

Looks like it came back online yesterday, a lot of new members have registered, so hopefully we will see more activity on pleoworld.

I was not able to log on using the last password that PleoWorld assigned me and gave me a "500 Internal Server Error" when I tried to have them e-mail me a new one. However, I was able to view my plog and all I put there is still there. $:-\$

this is Really good news.

Maybe Ugobe is being "reincarnated" like they did to Pleos.

The site is probably back up thanks to the new owner. My guess is that the Ugobe will be replaced by the new company name.

But just as a suggestion . . . You might want to grab a copy of your plog while the site is up, just in case it ever goes away again!

Interesting. A whois reports the old registrant information. Usually a new domain owner will have all that info updated. The pleoworld website has been offline for how long now? Who bought Ugobe???

I've made a my first plog

I would think the new owners want to reassure all Pleo owners that they are going to look after us.
And if they want to continue with development they will no doubt be working on him asap.
I doubt they will try to change the concept quite so soon but I bet any new download content will be a long time coming!

Great stuff!
Although I never used the Plog and have already registered my Pleo back in the days when all was still cool.
But that there are people coming back there and also using the site is good news.
I hope this gets noticed regardless the website is up again because of complaints or that there truly is a new company for Pleo on the horizon.
