Meet my new pleo partner!! the new furby

Today I decided to try it, do not make a good couple?
Any idea for the name? It is like a chick hahah. I love it

Ah, the yellow one. My most recent Furby is the yellow one. He's pretty smart. He's already started speaking english. I hope your Pleo and Furby get along.

Interesting new changes they have made to him. Nice new app too. It looks a little like a modern version of tamagotchi - the app I mean

Furbys look cute. Wonder if it is just coming out in those two colors of if there will be a wide variety.

Grabby hands, grabby hands! I love the new fur patterns!

I'm not holding my breath on the app though. The 2012 Furby took months and months for an Android app to be available since at release it was only for iPhone, then when the app came out it was only for Samsung tablets

So I'm excited but if the app is not going to work with my Acer than I'll probably not get one as there seems like there will be too many features missed out on.

there are 6 fur patternes and all of them are cute! check on ebay, they're available for presale from a US seller

The colors are kind of interesting and I like the apps, but I still do not get excited over furby the way I am happy to interact with Pleo and Pleo rb. In fact, call me "crazy", but I have not even opened my Furby Teal from pre order when they first came out last Sept. 2012! I was the first one here on the forums to have one, but was tempted to open it, but still have put it off, Guess I just do not want to be disappointed and to many other things more interesting happening and with real life drama,, just put on the back burner for 10 months going on 11 months now.........

I may someday turn it on, but I could probably send it to my son, daughter or grand daughter and they would enjoy it more than me... RWM

If you search for Furby Boom on YouTube that same person has a longer 13 minute video up which has loads more details.

You can also use the app without a Furby Boom although I imagine it'll be a bit limited. The app isn't out yet

I feel the same way.

I used to have one. Years ago (15?). He had the colours of a giraffe. I was quickly bored. Maybe I'll buy another but new Furby, but for a smaller family member. But first I also would have to be convinced.

I remember having a Furby when they first came out, and in the end I considered it some kind of demonic being yelling at me from the closet, since it stopped going asleep even when in full dark xD

After a lot of "I think I want iiiiit" and being torn back and forth I broke and used my belated Christmas money to buy the 2012 one (since my husband bought 2 anyway, he wants to sell them on ebay since black and white ones seem to be rare and go in higher price). After the black furry creature changed into loving cute personality and started singing every time I pet it, I was sold. They also go asleep fast after you stop playing with them, which I love.

That's her, she's pink and yellow, about half the size of a regular Furby and the personality doesn't change.
