Training and Emergent Behaviour
« on: April 11, 2009, 09:51:40 AM »

Has anyone managed to train their Pleo to do things - like knocking specific things over, tricks, etc, without using programmed skits?

And has anyone noticed behaviour change / additional behaviours over time?

I've not been able to train Charlie to do anything!!!

I've noticed behavior changes over time. Sometimes, Olympia just learns new things that I've never seen her do before! Just recently, she started randomly kicking her back right leg ???

Indie used to randomly pick up each of his legs in turn, ive been experimenting with random objects to see if they react differently to different objects but so far not see a huge difference in the way that they react to different objects

i tried different objects and Glen reacts in different ways sometimes. I think it depends from the lights changing ;)

MINE DOES THAT TOO!!!  At first I thought there was something wrong with it, like his leg must be bothering him, but then he stopped so his leg must've healed!

Olympia doesn't do it anymore. Instead, she's focusing on doing the tadaa trick on her own every ten minutes or so. ???

Lol! Well everytime Frisbee sings or does a trick I give him his Leaf right afterwords. So now I've got him singing and doing tricks all the time to get his leaf. It makes me wonder if there's other things you can get him to do, just by using the Leaf...

Yeah it's really cute to see Frisbee sing for his morning meal.
