I contacted the customer Robopolis sav, the person I had in my phone told him to try to raise their heads, I did not do when it happened because I'm so scared ...

the sav did not give me more explanation because it asked me to do a mail with an explanation of the problem.

After hanging up, I'm ashamed I cried :( I was so sad to see him like that ...
I took courage and tried to head this statement carefully, there was a crack and I turned back, and there obviously miracle it worked ...
but initially I thought he did not speak because it is past 30 seconds before I hear it, I gave him to eat his paper but he made no noise just after he gave a little cry, but I worry anyway.

I do not understand as it happened, it was on the table in front of me I gave him to eat and he raised his leg and dropped his head and then he got stuck and cracked two times ... I knew at that time there was a concern ...

is that it happens often that sort of thing?

I am so afraid to turn it back there ... to hear more .... I know what to do

My pleo did that before but he stops on his own.
He makes clicking sounds with his leg and his neck bends down too.
yes, it happens often

I wouldn't say it happens often, but it does happen from time to time - for some reason the gears get stuck and the Pleo gets caught in one position.  The best thing to do is switch off and start the Pleo (or Pleo RB) again, which will sometimes clear the problem, and if not often a little additonal pressure (as directed) will help.  It may or may not happen again - it happened to my first Pleo a few weeks after I got him, but he is still fine. :)

I am somewhat reassured when we played a little with him at noon, it seems to be ok ... So I'm happy, but instantly I panicked ....
thank you

Kiala, if it ever happens again remove the battery immediately and then replace the battery and turn them back on. Applying pressure to the neck should be the last resort.

I'm glad it all worked out though.

IMR's right - with the RB it's quicker, and safer in these circumstances, to switch off by popping the battery out.  ;)

Hello everyone and thank you again ... a Crewella & InmemoryofRomeo  :)
My loulou is stuck again, I do not understand why or how, my husband was there he could see it was weird, so I removed the battery immediately as you said and I restarted and go ...
it scares me every time, but I'll get used ..
Fortunately you are there to guide me.
