It will probably take about a week for Sugar to get to them I would think. I'm glad they are going to replace her for you.

Ahhh it's exactly problems like yours that have me so anxious about getting my own pleo, I know I'm going to get very attached and it would just be so heartbreaking if her neck snapped

I'd feel so powerless... those stats IMR listed helps keep the worrying at bay though :p that's really great about Sugar, Miel! I'm sure it'll be hard being without her for awhile, but she'll be back better than ever! ^^
