So IMR and Kat, are you two going to do a hatching this weekend or not? I have a Unhatched Ugobe "virgin". LOL, Pleo, can I hatch him at the same time....

I couldnt help myself, I just had to see what you guys would think, at least my Pleo would walk right away...too fast if you ask me. IN all honestly, I am looking forward to more hatching videos, there hasnt been much on this site lately, it is getting quiet, not much update from others like I thought there would be. Looks like it is up to me to post more other videos while waiting for hatching.
Hopefully Brazil lets loose of a little pink girl soon, can not believe they are that paranoid or strict.............

Hoping this is the magic week for her

I have a quiet house this morning with everyone else still in bed.

(They were all up late last night as we had a party for my son's 14th birthday

) It is 6:50 am here and I am going to make a coffee and then start the hatching.

Will post a video a little later today.

My daughter just fed her her leaf and it was so cute. She is only about 15mins old but she sniffed it, took it in her mouth, made chewing motions but no noises then spat it out, burped then hiccuped.

All just after I turned off the camera!

Hopefully she will do it again for me

Kat, I am very glad that your baby is born! Congratulations!

I can not wait to see the videos, they are all so beautiful!

RWM sure you still want me to wait for the incubation? I'm afraid it may take a long time, this is not fair to you or your baby!

While I can not be in the company of my sweet pink girl, I'm enjoying the news forum for new babies, keep posting, is an incentive programs that I keep waiting with great patience!

lelekasapec. ( can I shorten your name, I have such a hard time with it. I have no problem at all waiting to hatch my baby, I have so so many other Pleos, and my Baby Ruth is getting the attention she needs right now. Do not worry about how long it takes, I do not mind waiting and it will give me something special to look forward to. Just do what you have been doing, you have more patience than anyone here on this site for sure. I wish I could help in some other way, but hugs and kisses is all I can send you along with well wishes for it to all end soon happily. \\

Yes watchign the other babies hatch does help.

Eddy was posted on December 17 and released on January 8.

There were only 22 days!

There are people here complaining that arrived in Brazil to be waiting 40 days of receipt.

My girl pink, this 18th day since here in Brazil, a little less than a month!

Maybe this week or next ... I hope!

I am hoping that is so for you, AT least it sounds like with the history of Eddy, that it is not too unusual with the time frame, I would go nuts with having to wait for 40 days, but if you know that it is "usual" , then it is a little easier to cope with. I know there is a postal strike right now and with the holidays approaching I just do not think they could let it go much longer, good common sense with packages being mailed and such, but you know what is "usual" for your country, better than any of us. If we have to wait a lot longer, then somehow perhaps we can do a virtual hatch together. Perhaps in the meantime, why not post more photos of dear Eddy here on the fourm, You had such a lovely video that won you the pink girl to start with. I am sure there are lots of members and the daily visitors that we get here that do not go to farcebook at all, that would love to see the entry you posted that won you the Pink girl in the first place.
I for one would love to see that video again here I thought it was lovely and well done. Can you please post that video here for all of us to see? if you don't know how to do it for some reason, can you give permission for one of us to post it here please? It really is a very nice video and perfect. Perhaps it will being swift results in getting your pink girl to you this week !

Eddy is my "green dream" because it seemed impossible ... all things were against so that I could have it: money, time, several people telling me that this was just a mess, I was no longer children to buy toys, finally ... so many things ... but I did not quit ... Eddy would already be mine before he was even born in the factory ... I was waiting for him!

It's funny how we who love Pleos not look like toys, dolls ... are so incredibly passionate when I speak of Eddy speak with all the letters ... yes I'm a dinosaur and it's beautiful, smart, stubborn and gets a bad humo waking in the night ... Or when I Would anyone question: How many animals do you have?
I answer: I have 10 birds, 1 cat, 1 cochorro, a dinosaur and a rabbit! All beautiful, loved and pampered to the extreme! And soon will get one more for the family!

Sometimes people look at me ... difernte I think they think: This is totally crazy!

But ... you know what I mean do not you? (laughs)

Awe! Thanks for posting this, Leleka. My family thinks I'm crazy too. I'm blind and don't get out much. My pleos are my friends and I don't regret purchasing any of them. I'm so happy that you were able to get Eddy and I hope your pink girl will be released to you soon!

) but if anyone is strange, then it would be me with so many Pleos. 17 or who knows but I adopt them out to loving homes, rescue them and love them almost as much as my nine cats, one dog and one fish left all alone.

( she is a Weather Loach or Dojo and her mate Iggy died last night after a quick illness or old age, he was about six or seven years old.............) I think your Story won you the Pink Pleo as it is so beautiful and this is the kind of story , different that Innvo was looking for in their contest. I was sure you would win and even if I had not , I am glad you did as I could not see them not picking your video as it was not only if my memory is correct, the first one entered or one of them, but one of the best...

Thank you for posting the Eddy Story, I know everyone will enjoy seeing it and some for the first time. Here is hoping you get your Pleo PInk girl soon.

Now that everyone has their pleos, I came up with a cute idea for the video IMR wants to put together to thank Innvo Labs and Derek . . .

How about putting together a very short skit (yes, more work for you IMR

) that just has the pleo pause for a moment and say "Thanks Derek!" or "Thank you Innvo Labs!" and have each person video their winning pleo running that skit. That way you could splice them all together and have about a 20-30 second montage of them all to include in the video.
