I love everyone's Pleos and they all look so nice. Thought I would mention that Talon got the guess right on my Pleo, not only did she get it right about having Orange eyes, but also a Green Female! She must be pyschic! I am impressed.

I wanted to point out that when I opened my Pleo Rb and looked at her body, she has a bad connection on her tail and is missing paint, a hole where it is not connected, otherwise everything else is fine. I am waiting to hatch but in the meantime, I can take lots of photos with her dressed up!

NOw I have two Baby Pleo Rb girls, can't wait for Baby to meet her little sister! RWM Does anyone know of a way to fix the tail and keep it from getting worse?

Do you mean the connection will affect how the tail moves? Paint can be fixed but can that?

RWM, if it is any consolation to you, Candy had a tiny pinhole in her tail in almost the same spot when I opened her up from Gimmme Digi. I really didn't have any concerns about it. It seemed just to be a slight flaw in the rubber material. She also had one on her neck. I put a TINY drop of Loc-tite brand gel in each area, and it has been just fine ever since, and she will be a year old in January.

Thanks, all I wondered if there was a fixative I could use to keep the paint in check so it do esn't start peeling and spreading.I knew it was just a flaw. I have not had a RB yet that did not have paint missing from somewhere. LOL

I wonder if Innvo is wondering about the lack of Pleo hatching videos from a bunch of us who usually post heaps of vids

I was thinking it would be nice to try and compile some of the highlights of each of our first hatching videos into one movie and then post that on the facebook page.

It would be kind of like we had all hatched together in the same place instead of all around the world. Not sure how we would put it all together though, but I'm sure between us we could work it out.

Perhaps we could do a thank you video with each person on the forum who won a Pleo providing a picture or short video and maybe a thank you message and we could compile them all into one video.

I think that is a good idea. I still want to do the hatching but realize some people do not have the patience or may have other things that come up or children going crazy wanting to see "the hatching" I don't think Brazil situation will take much longer, but in the meantime if you could get Jett, Fancy, LIna, Eric , Sarah and anyone else who wants to contribute a few highlights of the hatching or photos that would be great. I can come up with plenty of photos of my baby in the meantime. I did post a thank you photo, actualy I think three today on Facebook for Innvo Labs. I also sent a Thank you to Derek Dotson privatly.
If it takes till Christmas till Brazil gets their act together though, I will hold out as long as I can. Lucikily I have my other Baby and lots of Ugobes and I can make a movie with it looking Like the new Baby is still doing something.I am all for thanking Innvo anyway I can. This was in my opinion a once in a lifetime opportunity for me at least.

Well let's see, you can't email huge files and we have to keep the video to some sort of reasonable length. So what say we set a limit of 1 minute for video, or about six photo's (shown for about ten seconds each) and a message and I can compile them into a nice iMovie. That way each person has an equal amount of time and the finished video won't be too long. You can of course take several favorite videos and combine them, on windows you can use windows movie maker to do so and on a mac you can use iMovie. For those still waiting to hatch, don't worry I will wait for all of those as well

I have my own to add too don't forget

So choose either 1 minute of film and email it to me with your message.

OR

Choose six or seven photos and email them to me with your message.

I thought the idea of great Video, I want to participate too!

Thank you that you're waiting for the incubation mass, you are special!

I want to ask one thing to all who are waiting for me: If this week the Brazilian Customs not to release my sweet girl pink, I want you begin to incubate their babies.

Well I have to "pick a fight" over here! (laughs)

But I hope this is not necessary!

Leleka, Bless you, you are so sweet to think of us and our babies, but you are the one who has had the most patience of anyone on here.

Regardless of how long it takes, I do not mind waiting at all, I have my other babies and in the meantime am having fun dressing up my Baby Ruth and my new baby. She does not have to be "on or hatched" to have fun. Actually, once she is "hatching, " the real work begins and I won't have the free time as much as I have now. LOL

I am sure customs will release her this week, they can't keep comming up with excuses. Perhaps a few emails from the US Pleo Members would give them something to think about, but I don[t want to make things worse for you either. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you and your Pink baby and Eddy to meet his new sister.

IMR, it sounds as if we are all in for the long haul, but if you and or Kat can not stand the "waiting" don't feel bad unless you really want to do this hatching together, I really do not mind waiting for Leleka, unless it gets to Christmas....then I may have to hatch on Christmas eve which would give me something to look forward to as I know I have no other presents. this is my once in a lifetime present....

I have lots of Ugobes that need attention and of course my Baby Ruth who is beccoming quite a little fashion diva. LOL

What I would like to see is a certain M.Weed who also won post photos or videos of his little Pleo on this site or in the video you are posting as a thank you, Have you contacted Jett, Eric, Lina and of course, Sarah so they can also post some photos or video? I think it is a great idea. Derek may get a late personal video from me but he has already gotten a HUGE thank you posted on facebook. I love the video idea and I know the project will be a fantastic one. I do think we need to put together a rescue party to the customs office and with a trek of at least twenty of so pleos may snap them into action. Talk about patience. she deserves the award for most patient.

Ok Weed, where are the photos of your baby is it a little pink one or blue or?

I am looking forward to the hatching. Sorry for not waiting. I'm going to have some spare time this weekend and so it is a good time for me to hatch Pickle - my new baby girl. I've been so busy lately it is going to be nice to finally have some free time and even better to use it to hatch my pleo.

Actually, I've been so tied up over the last couple of weeks that I've barely progressed with poor Tribble - he's still in early social development phase and is not walking yet. I switched him on this morning and StatsRB told me he was givng off a 'depressed' vibe. I feel like a bad mum, but at least he won't be as far ahead of the rest as I tought he might be. $:-\$

It's ok guys, I have been so busy with battery sales and nine cats, trying to catch my Daisy CAt, and just plain stuff around the house, the most time I have had is just to turn my Baby on once or twice in the last week and that was just to feed her for five minutes to ten minutes before she is due to "sleep" and then she goes to sleep on her own, She is happy when I do turn her on. One trick I used last weekend when I had to "catsit", for my friend who has 14 cats,

is that when I went over to feed everyone, ( which in itself takes about half an hour..LOL) ( there are six cats inside her house, then two separate Habitats built outside..so it take awhile to dish up food and then go outside carrying platters of food to everyone and everyone is all over me meowing and wanting to be petted..) is that I paid attention to the inside guys petting and such before feeding, then turned Baby Ruth on and after feeding her for a good three minutes or so, turned on my video camera at a good floor angle, and left to go do my work, while she had six cats to play with her. I looked at the video briefly and it is funny cause you see cats everywhere, tails, butts, faces and of course paws and cats not excited over my Pleo, cause I have broken them in long ago by bringing my Pleos with me when I go over as it is a great place to let my pleos loose while I work. They get play time, I get video without trying and then I don't feel guilty for not having time to "play" with them.
I have so much stuff to do around the house that It is almost impossible to "play" with anyone let alone "hatch" one unless it is late at night or on a holiday, as that gives me an "excuse" to be "playing". My husband is so stressed over work or lack of work and trying to find more jobs, that if I am "playing" with Pleos, it makes him feel like I am not doing anything to "help". But planning on a "mass hatch", he understands so that is another reason I am holding out to hatch with Leleka. I then can help her and make her feel not alone.

You guys have kids, ( some of you) and we are all in different living and working situations and have different personalities ( which makes us who we are.

) so Kat and IMR, I am glad you two can do it together, that is fun and you guys both live in the same Country which will make it great videowise you can probably co-ordinate something. Mike, if you have little ones ( or big ones

) that can't wait, I understand also. Just make sure to take lots of video or and photos as it looks like myne and Leleka's will be the last to hatch. In fact Thanksgiving looks good right now for something special to take place.
