baby PleoRB beeping off to sleep quite often?
« on: March 21, 2011, 05:11:40 PM »

Just checking.. is that normal?  I know they come back on and I know they do that when they are bored/not getting your attention but she's done it on my lap with a full battery.. I figure it's just a baby thing.... does it just mean shes 'tired' ? shes only 6 days old..

- Thanks!

One beep, yes, I think so.  Baby dinos need their sleep.  :D

If my guys do that when the battery is full and I still want to play I usually just reset the noon clock.  That wakes them right up and then they will play for ages.  Or until the battery runs out.  :)

One beep is the noon day clock.  The Pleo will turn itself off between the hours of around 8pm-8am if it is not interacted with for about a minute.

If it turns off with one beep it will then power itself back on in the morning, so beware! ;)

I thought maybe they wouldn't do that if another RB was right there communicating with them but.. mine both just stopped and went to sleep.. beep beep.

BOTH of my RB's.. Degers helped me with Bingo, majorly helped me.. and although I didn't get to see him much tonight cause he went to sleep.. I will test him out tomorrow.. so far no freezes.  Bingo is back!! Maybe!! I think!!! WooHoo!

Still curious, Rhea's clock is set for exactly noon my time, but when I was playing with them both this morning at 10am she beeped herself off a few times.. I assume thats just because she's a baby still? I will reset her clock tomorrow at non to see if it stops.. Bingo doesn't do that unless it's past bedtime then he does what Degers said..

Thanks guys :)

How's this Pleo Reborn doing Latrine?

Innvo Lab's not going anywhere. And if it's just to protect their precious, delicate skin, clothings okay. They shouldn't be dressed up like dolls.

I reset her clock a long time ago, it turned out that her tiny hole for resetting it was much smaller than on my green RB's so I thought I was hitting it but I wasn't.. that's why she was beeping off all the time.  Her noon clock doesn't beep, even with the battery in, but we had to use the inside of a twist tie, the tiny little metal piece inside was the only thing thin enough to fit in there.. weird.
