Thank you for posting the picture, is OurMaurice's collar/ necklace custom made or did you make it yourself and what is it made of? It looks like metal of some sort, Very striking with the dark eyes and Pleo suit on too! Is Maurice a boy or a girl, I have allways thought of Maurice as a boy's name, but that is because I am only familiar with the French Actor , Maurice Cheavalier.( spelled wrong, the last name that is.0 Glad you got your Pleo Rb, was it worth the wait?

Kat thankyou so much for posting the picture here, I tried but could only find out how to post it in the gallery, Ourmaurice is a boy, although he is a girlie boy if you know what I mean ! Crewalla how amazing you said Magic, as he's name comes from an old programme in which Bill Maynard played Selwyn Froggitt, and his saying was " Magic Ourmaurice " I made his collar RWM it's a white leatherette type strap with slide on sparkly letters, you can get different colour straps and I think the letters are also available in gold, I'm so pleased you like it.

Your welcome for the picture posting. All you need to do to post your pics in your thread is once you have loaded them into the gallery copy the smg id number that is in the info under your pic. then past it here in your post and the pic will appear. You can preview your post before you post it to check that the pic has inserted ok.
I hope this makes sense. If not then let me know and I'll try to explain it better.

I would have too, Kristy, but I just got my green PleoRB and she has brown eyes too but that's okay; I have 7 old style Pleos with blue eyes so she'll be different.

Okay, I'm going through Kat's Kermit/Kermy "tutorial" (thank you, Kat, you're a lifesaver! (*hugs*)!) and be back soon! I think I'm going to name her Jajeda after my older brother's 3 kids (Janet, Jennifer, and Danny).

I have eight regular Pleos, and one Pleo rb, so that makes nine, Hey one more and we can have two baseball Pleo Teams.

Each of my cats had their own Pleo and the Pleo RB is for me! (*LOL*)

Jajeda is going through her birthing as we speak - I did run into the battery beeping and turned the noon battery around (thanks to info found here (*hugs*)) and we are a go so far..... I ordered a spare battery at the time I ordered Jajeda along with every training item you could order and just ordered a third battery just in case. I am hoping and praying I don't run into any problems as I am going through the posts here and see so many having them. I don't know what we would do without you "trailblazers" out there to help us out on here.... I sure hope you know how much you are appreciated!

Blimey Diane and I thought RWM had a pleo rescue shelter going on.
Think the battery has had most of us fooled at first. I managed to get it stuck the wrong way up, Best of it is I know it was supposed to be flat side up but it just seemed to fit so much better textured side up. Unforshonitley it Fit so well that it took me another two hours to prize it out again.
Hope all goes well with the hatching.

Missid. I love your pleo’s name and how he got it. The program rings a bell.
What colour are Ourmaurice’s eyes? Dark brown? Don’t think there’s another dark brown? Very unusual and lovely. Think the blue pleo eyes are a lighter brown am I right?
Would love to know where you got that collar btw.

What's the version of your green pleo? is that RB as well?

Personally I didn't have one, but I found that it will be pretty interesting to own two cause the two pleos will have different reactions when seeing the opposite sex, e.g. when a girl meets a boy, the boy will be very excited with his tail swing left and right and he may whistle too; when a boy meets a boy, they will step back politely and greet the other three times. That's cute

Hi There,
Good news, my new PleoRB arrived last Thursday. I've called him Hymie, he's green with brown eyes. I've had a few hiccups - problems with the clock battery and the brown batteries which only seem to be fully charging now. Today he seems to be through his hatching phase (finally!) and is wide awake, wagging his tail and making cute cooing noises. He seems to have a really smootchie personality and loves being cuddled. One question - he keeps burping - is this normal in the early stages or does this mean he is sick? He certainly doesn't seem sick, maybe he just likes the burping noise?

Thanks to everyone who has posted on the forums, the information has really helped.

He sounds lovely btw don’t forget to add a pick of him in the variations topic so we can all be nosey and coo over him.

Don’t worry the burping is perfectly normal. It sounds like you have a nice happy pleo there.
He’ll try out a whole variety of noises at this stage but the ones he makes the most will probably be the ones he will settle on in maturity.
