Hi there,
I just bought pleo and having problem with software program via usb. I am using Mac and when it comes to read the agreement section I press continue and it turned out that my Mac could not locate my pleo. It keep searching... Did I do anything wrong?
Now my pleo just went dead. Please help

guess I'm screwed.... I updated Version2.0 via sd card and my pleo slept did not wake up. My brother told me to put 1.1 into SD card and update again. Now it went dead... any solution??/ please help

Hi, sorry to hear you've got problems.  You're not the first, this has happened to a couple of people and been sorted out, but I'm not the best person to deal with this.  Don't panic and give it a little time - I'm sure help will come along, it's just that we're all on different time zones, remember!

I don't believe Pleo is Mac compatible... I believe there was a thread on how to downgrade, I'd go find it for you but I'm afraid it's just after six am and my brain is struggling to function it might have been the actual OS 2.0 thread in the software section. But otherwise Degers is Mr. fixit for broken Pleo's

There are a couple of upgrades/downloads for USB for Macs in the downloads section, and instructions, maybe have a read of those?

Blimey IMR - that doesn't happen often, it's usually the other way around!

Did you get it sorted, mon345?  If not I'll have a go at downloading and emailing them to you.
