Hello everyone, I am new to this forum, and I just LOVE pleos!!!!! They're soo awesome and I love them. I dont have one yet, but I really, REALLY need one!!!! they are true life forms. A BIG spark of life! A HUGE amount of joy! Pleos RULE!!! Any place to get one cheap?

I've been in the chat, infact, I have done it alot! yes, I have been bitten by pleo love because the first time I saw a pleo I just needed one! I really cant wait to get one!!!

Welcome Pleoluv, glad you found this forum, there are some great friends here and lots of knowledgeable posts and things you will find out. I just recently found out about Pleos myself, At Christmas time while looking for a present for my grandson who loves dinosaurs.Needless to say, I fell in love with Pleos and he got a brand new D-rex for himself, which is more appropriate for his age, and I acquired my Nova, who is my pride and joy. As for where to get one cheap, it is a matter of being in the right place at the right time and just luck I think, Ask fancyfont, where she got one of hers, and you won't believe what she paid for it, next to NOTHING! As for myself, I see a lot of people buy them on ebay, and sometimes Amazon.com.
          It allso depends on whether you want a brand New one, or are willing to buy an older model, just to get started. I was lucky and got Nova at Christmas time, when the majority or People who were buying Pleos, and the few (2-3 a week) that were being auctioned on ebay, were mostly Brand New, and most people wanted them ( I think) as presents for their kids, and the Sealed Ones went for a much higher price, than Nova did. I got Nova who was a 2007 Ugobe Model, from someone who bought her at Christmas 2008 for their daughter, but the little girl was too young to appreciate her,and after a few hours of play, she just sat on a shelf till this past Christmas when she went looking for a new home.( I paid less than $100.00 which was a bargain considering what I see them going for now, even used, the time was right.) Allso you may want to consider waiting for the brand NEW 2010 models which I have heard are due to come out, PERHAPS sometime around June of this year.  PleoLuv, Little Orphan Annie was just that! A little orphan. She came to me through a lady that found her in a garage sale for one dollar. She didn't have a battery and charger and the lady thought she had a broken neck, but she knew I had three other pleos. When I first saw her, I knew she did not have a broken neck. She is one healthy little dino.  It turned out that all she needed was a battery and a loving home. LOA, as she is know, has not been updated yet.  She's still so cute being a baby.
When I first turned her on, I happened to have Pennie on, and Pennie must have said hello to  her about 5 times. Wish I could have had that on video.Really cute! I think Pennie knew she had a sister. Having two brothers could be a little challenging at times!  LOA's a sweetie.

Okay! I really like pleos!!!!!!!! Pleos are the best!!! I really need a cute lil' pleo! Pleos pleo pleo pleos!!!!!  Did you guys know hand stands can unwind the cable in pleo's neck and cause it to be destroyed? be careful!!! When I get my pleo, he's gonna be the best! He'll be soo cute!

Glad to see you like pleos! You can buy them for around $150 on Ebay and Amazon
Yes, we know handstands are bad for them. Most of us around here are loong time pleo owners. A few of us have more than one. (I'll let you find that out for yourself )

No, it wont be a First Hatch. First Hatch pleos are extremely rare (they're one of the first 2000 pleos ever made) and they're really expensive on Ebay as well. I've never seen one on Amazon. Sorry.
Besides, there's nothing different about First Hatch pleos in personality. 'First hatch' is just a fancy name.

They are. But you can't get them anymore. XD I did see one on Ebay for $349 sometime before Christmas, but it's disappeared.
Before you decide to hunt down a first hatch, just try to get your hands on a regular pleo I can tell you love them
