Forgive me if this is a redundant or silly question but is there any way to change one's username?

I picked "CatacombSaint" a while back because, at the time, it was just another common name I went by online. However over the years I realized I'd much rather go by my usually/standard online name, but there doesn't seem to be a way to change my username on here by myself. Is this something a mod or admin would have to do? or is there just no way at all?

I would PM Deegers or Grumpy as there doesn't appear to be a nondestructive way to do it!  You might ask them to delete some of the spam topics and shouts while they are at it!
