I'm from germany and adopted already a Pleo RB.

I checked the stats and Pleo is in Stage 4: Mature adult but with just 0,5 hours, but I got a little problem: Feed state is 3% and I didn't got any leaf, id-card, tug-of-war toy or other things with him.

As far I found out, these standard items aren't sold in germany - just the extra toys.

Is it possible to copy the rfid code on a nfc tag for a while, until I get somewhere the correct items?

The basic pack should have included all those items, regardless of whether or not you live in Germany. We have several German members here who have had no issues. I would be contacting the seller and requesting them immediately as your Pleo can't be happy or healthy without them.

Hi Takuya welcome to the forum!  I am from Holland, like IMR said you need all those items to feed your pleo rb and keep him happy and healthy otherwise you end  up with one very unhappy and sick pleo.  I would contact the seller and demand he or she will send you this items because the basicpack schould have included them.  Goodluck I hope you get them soon.

May I ask where you got your Pleo RB from?

Pleoworld does sell the mint leaf, rock salt and the conifer leaf as separate items for $5.99 each.  Or alternatively you could get the accessory pack that has the Cycad leaf, ice block and sugar cane in it as you can use the Cycad leaf as an everyday food source.  Hope that helps.  As far as I am aware I don't think anyone has managed to replicate any of the food or toys for pleo rb so you will need to buy some as i don't think it is possible to make your own.

As offer he is willing to take the Pleo back

Hi, in germany there is also a pleo forum and with every new pleo rb you buy you get a mintleaf, rock of salt, conifer leaf,  tug of war toy and id card. Maybe there are other members with more pleo'srb who you can buy the id card and the other items from?  You can also do as IMR suggested because you need to feed him to keep him happy. Without those things you and up with a very unhappy and sick pleo

Try contacting the customer service help section of pleoworld and let them know of your issue - that you bought a second hand pleo rb who did not come with any of the basic pack accessories and ask them if they would sell them to you and ship them to Germany.  I'm sure they will find a way to help you out.

Well, I guess I try to get the toys. At least the seller offered to take Pleo back and refund the money.

Pleoworld.com sells official the items in their shop and I bet they ship to germany, but price of all toys + shipping + taxes would be like the total price I payed for Pleo

That is the problem unfortunately. Pleoworld postage is very expensive. Your best bet is finding them locally or, sadly, returning the Pleo and buying another elsewhere.

In the meantime however you can use change RB to 'feed' your Pleo.

Anyway, I got half of the money as refund to buy the missing parts and got for just some little more money a nearly complete new Pleo with all parts *happy*
