I would have preferred a forth category of "Other." I haven't had a problem with any of the Life OS'.

As long as the installs go correctly there isn't likely to be any problems with any of them. And a failed install is probably the fault of the human Taking the card out too early or unplugging Pleo too early.

I loved every version of OS. It was difficult for me to even thinking of upgrading. I was probably one of the last to upgrade Peeky each new release. He was just too cute the way he was from the beginning.  1.1 came out just a couple of weeks after I finally updated Peeky to 1.0.2.  That's how slow I was about wanting to change him in any way.
If 1.2  by any chance, does come out, I'll probably still be the last to upgrade.

Only asking because new versions of software usually fix bugs and/or add enhancements.... but sometimes introduce new bugs.

There really hasn't been too many bugs with Pleo, a couple of rare ones is about it (now if only Vista could manage that )

There must be some reason so many people want/need the files to downgrade the version.

Actually its only been asked for a few times, many of the reasons were updates not happening correctly (that happened to me because I used a dodgy memory card) , using dinomite incorrectly and 'bricking' Pleo or because they bought a secondhand Pleo and they want to reset to enjoy the hatching stage.

Pleo does of course have bugs, but they only seem to turn up in a few random Pleo's rather than each of the 100,000 sold Mechanical reasons have accounted for far more problems. The only common bug I can think off was the one where Pleo would freeze in the original OS, but it was only a minor short freeze then Pleo continued as normal.

1.1 is neat. needs a new version one that  helps with walking, rear right leg drags  and the vision i think she has atari vision . pixals some camera lol. but i luv her

having 1.1 now, no issues so far! It can do a lot more than 1.0! I am ipressed!

I went from 1.0 to 1.1, but I wouldn't say that there were or are problems.
1.1 does need a bit of tweaking here and there and it's such a shame this never happened.
Really hope to see an update in the future via the new company or when the PDK does get released and such.

i'm not even sure what my pleo started out with, 1.0 or 1.02 but i just upgraded her to 1.1  I haven't have problems with either one. I don't really see that many differences between 1.1 and the origonal. The main differences are the ticklish feet and the colds, but other than that she seems exactly the same.

Which one is the most recent? Which one do most Pleos have? Perhaps I don't have the full upgrade yet?
