Having got my pleo rb I'm surprised that the os has no updates and can't find many downloads

All of the classic pleo skits and personalities in our downloads section should run on the RB.  There are a few differences that might affect a few small things, and the skits can't use some of the RB features that the classic pleo doesn't support, but they should run fine.  DO NOT use any of  the classic pleo updates or OSes, but the skits and personalities are safe.

Do you think there will ever be an update seems a lack of real support or software from the makers

I hold the same opinion as IMR on this. It's been two years since any updates for Pleo RB has been released. I don't think Innvo is considering doing anything else with them at this point. It really surprises me though that the company doesn't seem to be making any effort to connect with its customers in order to improve their product.

Having spent a lot of money on a pleo rb I am surprised along with many others why there are no further updates for the pleo rb or in fact hardly any downloads for this at all
Have you abandened the pleo rb and not told the many owners old and new?




Has anyone any news from them re this?

There is only so much that you can achieve with Pleo's hardware and currently they are pretty much at their limit.

This is the first time I THINK i have seen this; so are you saying is it safe to run for example, the skits singing XMas songs on a Pleo RB? In other words, just put the skit on a micro sd card, into the belly of Pleo RB and then turning it on, it will take over the original operating system? Has anyone done this yet, are there any videos of this? I would like to see this before actually trying it? I think it is funny that Innvo labs does not mention this on their site.

                  I too am saddened that there aren't any updates, I think they are pretty much done with anything except perhaps putting out more "toys or learning stones", I do think they are more in it for the money then the "adventure" of perhaps making a new species.

Yes RWM, all of my skits run on all Pleo's, however one or two that rely on leg touches will be missing that function on an RB. Fortunately it's not any of my more popular ones.

 So IMR, would Elvis, So Lonesome I could cry work? I am guessing not,, but would love if it would!              Of course with Cammie Sue, since she only works with a micro sd card in her slot, I am afraid to ever remove it, even for a skit, just afraid to take the chance. She only works with it in place. PleoPet could not figure out why she is like that, but at least she works.               RWM

Yes RWM, it will work, they ALL do. Just one or two are slightly limited, but still functional.
