Normal for Pleo RB to sniff after eating?

I haven't been taking out my pleo for a while and he's definitely extremely depressed,  and hungry.  What I noticed about his behaviour after I feed him is that he always lowers his head and growls and sniffs after the food is out of his mouth.  Just want to know if this is normal behaviour because it happens every time.  :-\

He's telling you his tummy is still empty. Keep feeding him until he turns his head away and goes 'nup'.

Yep perfectly normal :)  My guys do that too.  I just keep offering the food over and over until they either nup at me and then happily go about their business or untill they burp at me  :P
