I recently bought another ugobe pleo online and he seems to be giving me some problems.
He'll occasionally twitch when I turn him on but he hasn't moved much at all since I got him.
I know it's not a battery problem because I'm using a brand new battery from innvo labs and it works just fine in my other ugobe pleo.
I tried to upgrade the software and when I plugged it in it said the current software was unknown.
So I uploaded the software onto the pleo, unplugged him, and re-plugged it back in and started the process over again because he still wasn't moving, and it said the software was still unknown.
I completely charged the battery before I did this as well.
Any suggestions on how to fix it? :/

Try the POP download and then reinstall 1.0 downgrade, 1.1 and then 2.0 running the Pleo between each of the updates. If the issue is software that should fix it.

It doesn't work when I put an SD card in it. Is there any way to download POP through a cable?

No, it requires an sd card, what kind of card are you using and is it locked?

Without an SD card things are an awful lot more limited.

I'm using a kodak memory card with 1GB storage. I've uploaded personalities to it before and used it on my other pleo. That seemed to work fine. But for some reason this new one won't work at all when I put the card in, no matter what's on it.

I guess you can only try one of the available USB updates.
