Does anyone know why when choosing Air Mail Post as a delivery method to US it would say I have to contact customer service.

 Hi Mickey, could you be a little more specific...I mean are you asking about general mailing or for a Pleo item or from Ebay? I do know for ebay, as a seller I can only use Priority Mail international and the only way I can get around it is to go to the Post office and use my own preferences so depending on the site, they sometimes have their own rules.It also may be regarding the size of the item, if larger than 13 oz, an envelope or is it a package? I can try to help more if I know the company or item you are trying to either send or buy , ( order) Sorry could not be of more help.                      RWM

When selecting either shipping option on Pleo web site it states the shipping option chosen is not valid for your area please contact customer service

Where are you sending the Pleo to? What options are available?

I am sending to US and when I try Hong Post or TNT. I get the response that I must contact custmer service

Hi Mickey, if you are sending a pleo from the PleoWorld site, then that is what I would do, contact customer support and tell them you want a cheaper way then TNT. I know others have been able to use a cheaper method, so just contact them, I think Helen is the name of the person you need to contact. Sorry I can't be of more help than this, Good luck.                          Dont give up either, it is their job to make the customer happy and they should work with you.
