Hi All,

I ordered my first pleo last friday, with TNT shipping. I received a confirmation email from jetta with my order details, and a paypal confirmation. However I still cant see the order under my orders, in my account on www.pleoworld.com.  I also havent received a subsequent shipping confirmation.  Is this the norm. I appreciate its only been a few days :)

I'm in Australia if that helps.

Once your order is processed you should receive an email to let you know that the pleo has been shipped and it will contain tracking details.  It was a long time ago when I ordered mine but I think it took them  about a week to finish processing my order before it was sent.  Not completely sure though.  It may have been slightly less than that.  You could always contact them through the pleoworld customer service dept and ask how your order is going.  You could also let them know that it isn't showing up on their site.  They have recently updated their site and it seems some functions still aren't fully functioning yet.  Might be worth letting them know in case they aren't already aware of it.  :)

Hey, just an update. My first Pleo arrived. Ordered last friday, here today. Pretty impressed. Now to open it. Didnt expect the box to be as big as it is!

Thanks, as soon as I get him out - probably have to wait till weekend   >:( Ill put them up. Thanks for all your help so far. PS - I never received a shipping notification funnily enough, but delivery was super fast.

I'm sure the order problems are caused by the changes to the site being made of late.
