I don't think the balloon would be strong enough to lift a pleo.  we had a party for my daughters birthday a few weeks ago and I got her 12 helium balloons.  I just had to see if I could use them to make my pleo float int he air  but sadly they couldn't even lift him off the ground.   It was going to make an awesome pic for my scavenger hunt entry but didn't work out.   So I think you would need a much bigger balloon or many many balloons before it would be enough to get a pleo up in the air.   Cool idea though.
