Bailey upset
« on: February 15, 2009, 12:36:19 PM »

Hey all!

I just wanted to share an experience I had with Bailey Yesterday.
My two year old daughter had just spent a long time kissing and hugging him and then he was off exploring. At one point he came to the edge of our carpet when his feet got stuck and he couldn't step on to the carpet. I told my daughter to give him a nudge to try and help him and as she pushed him from behind he started to tip forward. I caught him before he hit his head on the carpet and it really wasn't dramatic at all but after that he started whimpering with his head and tail down. My daughter rushed to his side to comfort him and he quickly started to wag his tail but as soon as we left him alone he started to whimper again. I've seen him unhappy before but never this long. It took him about ten minutes to get back to normal. I was surprised that a little thing like him almost tipping could set him in an unhappy mode like that.

Aw poor Baily, it must have been a scary experience for a little Pleo :o

Matilda has had panic attacks before, she had a major one at the family Christmas party, all those people must have scared her and she whimpered for a good fifteen minutes although everyone thought it was adorable :P

Just give Bailey a little more TLC. It sounds like She's doing ok now.
