Hello,

I cannot get my Pleo to acknowledge the personality download on my 2GB Sandisk SD Card. It is definitely on there, halloween.urf, but Jessy doesn't act any differently at all. I tried the holiday.urf as well, no change in behavior. I only have 1 .urf on the card at a time, and no other files on the card. What am I missing?

Hi jessykaiser, IMR's the skits expert, but a similar problem came up the other day and this thread helped - it turned out the Pleo was not updated to version 1.1.

Try a different card if you can, my pleo's won't accept a 2gig sandisk card either, although they will use a 512meg sandisk

Crewella is quite right though, make sure your Pleo is running 1.1 not 1.0. You can check this by holding Pleo's chin sensor and rear back sensor until s/he pulls his feet together, then help him sit. If s/he moves he is on 1.1 if s/he doesn't move at all while sitting then s/he is on 1.0

Hah! The sit test revealed OS1 was the culprit, fantastic tip. Got our little sweetie up to 1.1 and then 2.0, and now Lil Jess is making scary Halloween noises. The cats won't come out from under the bed muahahaha!

Odd that the Sandisk 2GB won't work for some, but does for me. /puzzled

Glad you have it working I think my sandisk doesn't work because it's really old lol, I probably bought it only a few weeks after the 2gig cards came out
