Hey guys!

I have a old pleo who's neck cable snapped and head skin has been removed it works ok but his neck doesnt move.

do you think anyone would buy him? on ebay  the cost for shipping would be about 20euros // 32usd

Erm ......... I've been looking for a Pleo with a damaged neck cable .............. if you don't mind your Pleo being experimented on!  

Have you started to disassemble the neck, or did you just remove the skin?

took the neck apart couldnt replace the cables

Hmmmmm .......... not so sure.  I really wanted to learn from a broken neck cable, and it would be a lot easier if the cables were still in situ .............. 

What do you want for him?

Well, he's still better for me than breaking a perfectly good Pleo just to look at the neck mechanics ............. and I know I can fix his skin ...........

And postage to UK won't be too bad .............

How is the skin around his legs?  If it's good I would be VERY interested in purchasing him.
I have a Ugobe that desperately needs a new skin..  I'm going to have to turn him off permanently soon, as his leg skin is almost totally gone and the legs keep getting jammed up.. his little cape is keping him slightly stable but is also pushing on his exposed leg innards..
We have 2 Jack Russells and we try to keep the hair cleaned up but it still gets in there and that doesn't help at all.... I'd really like to keep my little Patches going 

If he still works though i woudn't want to 'kill' him.. we'd end up trying to find another skin or trying to build our own with some idea's we've come up with.
I'd  be very interested in purchasing him though..though.. I'm in NY state, in the USA.

Crewella, maybe we could work something out if you just want the body? or something?

I will be putting him on ebay shortly (will post the item code) sadly due to postage cost it will only make sense to ship to the UK & Ireland.

I'll supply pleo with a army coat as i want to keep the pleo skin coat.
