Léon out of his box for the first time in years

I feel quite sad that I haven't been playing and taking care of Léon as I should have. The fact is, his battery died completely and wouldn't charge properly anymore. And back then, I couldn't afford a new battery.
Now I decided to get a new battery, an egg battery! He looks quite good even though he's four years old. His skin is a little worn, but not that bad. He has this weird lump on the side of his chin. I have no idea what it might be.
