Baby Ruth paint on side of neck lifting off

 Here is the worst side of Baby Ruth's neck. This was first noticable about a month or so ago, but has gotten worse last couple of weeks. REMEMBer also, I do not even play or interact with my Pleos every day or even every few days. I just do not have enouogh time, If I interacted every day, I would hate to think of what the paint would look like by now..
