Peeling Paint Pleo rb

Unfortuatly, in my opinion, the Pleo Rb paint does not hold up as well , 
as long that is, as the older Ugobes do, I have had bad luck with both my rb peeling paint, but this poor tail is falling apart. I have Ugobes that are at least three years old and like brand new, with not even noticalble rubbing paint loss under chin or my mouth, This pleo Rb is not even one year old, having hatched it in late Novemeber and I do not play with her more than twice a week and not even a full battery cycle in one week. ( I just have been too busy)
I also do use the reccomended Pledge, extra moisturizing and live in a very temperate climate and she is not stored near a window or heat, so perhaps this is normal, or am I just unlucky? Most my Pleos allways wear clothes but the tail is one area not fully or covered hardly ever.
