Skulls New Cape

Major Tom is modeling a new tye dye blue fleece cape I am in the process of making, It has a nice skull sequin embellishment on the back and I need to add the trim ribbon which is a surprise but goes with the theme, and any male would like it, and perfect for Halloween. I also have a nice black tophat with black ribbon that has skeletons that are dancing on it as trim,
