 What end of the Sea Kelp does Cammi -Sue have near her foot................It is the top part, that acts as a bouy or marker that floats on the top of the ocean. Kelp is often eaten by people when dried out. Cammie -Sue and Coral wanted to try some but I convinced them it would be TOO SALTY.. :D
