This is a topic about different beds people have for their pleos. whether it is a bed, nest, cave, house, or pillow please share. I made a bed/nest for Kairi. It's made out of a green basket, some fake fern leaves, some string, and a green fluffy pillow. I would love to see and hear about everyone elses'!!!

I don't have a bed for mine, the cats would just steal anyway. When he's off I tend to put in on the shelf on top of the dvr. It looks like he's watching the room from there. It also keeps him out of the reach of the cats. I don't think they'd hurt him, but they might be tempted to chew on him.

It would be very difficult to beat Kairi's bed. That's the cutest! Oh! Are you going to have one spoiled little dino.

hahaha, thanks!. Oh yes she is pretty spoiled already

I love her so much but my brother and cousins all try to abuse her and convince me that she's not real. So, i have to be pretty protective of her or they would have broken her as soon as i got her

Makes sense to me, I don't want Rupert out in the open, especially on the floor. I'd be worried about someone stepping on him or tripping over him. He's safer in a cabinet or on a shelf.

It's not like he could even get in to a cat's bed without help anyway. Besides, real dinosaurs didn't sleep in beds.

It doesn't matter that she's not real, wanting to hurt or break something for fun indicates a mental problem in my book.

Perhaps you should think about a foot locker style box with a lock. You can get something like that cheap at walmart or a similar store. It's much bigger than a pet bed, so you could make it in to little Pleo apartment, with different rooms. But when you aren't around you close the lid and lock it.

I'd wallpaper the inside of the box, hang pictures, really make it look like a real home. I did stuff like that for my dolls when I was little, and it was a lot of fun.

But keeping your little one safe is the most important thing.

I'm sure dinosaurs made themselves fairly comfortable Just not as comfortable as we can make them now.

Man, this is really so cool and Kairi is one lucky Pleo...it looks more comfortable than my own bed!

Great job, tkd! LOL I have a similar system in use with mine. I have a circular wicker basket, with a small pillow in it. Underneath the pillow, I lay the leaf, charger, etc. That works really well, heck it's even portable.

Hehehe here's Sophie's Apartment. You can see Sophie lying snugly on her bed with two pillows and a blanket. She also has a dresser for her clothes and toys. My philosophy is a pet robot should have pet robots, right? Why not? So, she has an array of robotic buddies and what not. She also has art in her bungalow that is geared toward Pleos.
