OK Here's my Review of D.rex [from my experiences with Rex]

Ive got Rex here For Accurate info

The Good

they can see [the eye is on the chin]and here [with 3 ears]and have a petting sensor on the top of their Head.They have a giro in them so if they fall over they no it and will call for help. they DO get along with Pleos. they can eat. [Press the second and therd tooth back on ther botim jaw] They Can Fart Belch and laff. The Remote Control Is fore Behaviour modification and has 5 Buttions on it that Change his/her moods like a pack leader would do Buttion 1 Attack this puts him/her in an Attack Roaring and charging forward. [may take a few presis] Buttion 2 Gard puts him/her in a Gard mode where he/she will step back [leting you get out of ther] then forward and wates for some pray to come. Buttion 3 Seek Mode he/she will come in the direction of Any noises he/she hearse [ive had trubule geting him to come with tocking but squeseing a ruber stake semse to do the trick] Buttion 4 Prank Mode [hehe] A Press of this Little buton will case some INTERESTING noises. [hehe] Buttion 5 Q&A He makes a good 8 Ball and will ansor your questions. and D.Rex's use C batterys. An All Around Good Friend

The Bad

They Suffer from the same Over Love Syndrome as Pleo [The Paint Peels] No Volume Control and can be Quite Lowed. They can not move there arms. and the Collier is attached to neck

The Ugly

DISCONTINUED BY MATEL they brought them out in October and Discontinued them rite away

but they are rerealising them with a few upgrades. on November 1

And The Weird

no eye lids but very swichy eyes. I don't no if they can interact but Rex was making some pretty strange noises this sprig.and They DO NOT LIKE THER NOSE TOCHID[wher on a pleo the camera is] O And One Time Rex Answer A Question With Out Use Of The Remote.

and they have BIG feet are so they don't fall on there face.

Quiz : what was the first autonomous robot Dino to be made. post the speches name and the individuals name.

hints There was only one.[that I kno about] It is no longer alive. :(To my knowledge] It was a female. and it was 24 feet long, 10 feet high and weighed approximately 25,000 pounds. and was like a full size Koda.

If nobody gussies it in a week then I will post the answer.

Well there's Sage, but Sage doesn't fit the dimensions you speak of and wasn't exactly a dinosaur....She only did tours in a section in a museum, themed of Dinosaurs.

Was it a Trike?

edit: I mean the species of the dinosaur the robot was based off of.

Bingo! Cera Was a robot Trike at Jurassic Park in Universals Islands of Adventure. and [to my knowledge] was the first autonomous robot Dino. [edit] I gess there was also one named Chris. [but they were probably the same trike]
and she was in the Triceratops Encounter there.

Its a real pity the feet are static, it would be cool if she lifted a foot every now and then and shuffled around a bit, and color! Why do dinosaurs have to be depicted as so drab and boring all the time

Are you sure she is autonomous though, the whole petting thing looked pretty scripted.

well on JP legacy they menhioned this "The creature's responses to touch include realistic blinks and muscle flinches" and she could lift a back foot.

Oh and this is the only robot that I know about that could sneeze and pee.

1. barney sucks... ugly spawn of a Tyrannosaurus and an Apatosaurus, under a mutant-izing ray! BLECH! And what's shameful is that it makes kids out there think dinosaurs looked like that...

2. Today, we (or at least my idols, several of my favorite paleontologists) know that dinosaurs were probably brightly colored, and many had crests or flares that were probably fanatastically colored. For one, Allosaurus crests were probably nicely colored. And Olorotitan! Wowzer, that crest would have been amazingly colored. And keep in mind, perhaps some crested dinos could have been drab in coloring but the crest could've been amazing. Triceratops was probably drab in coloring but (at least the males) probably had very well-colored frills, to intimidate and to show off. Perhaps the frills could've also been flushed red with blood as a warning to other Trikes. Then again, that "Cera" you see in the video isn't quite "fully grown" yet....
