After installation of the pleo rb updating I ceased to work.
I copied Software from  http://bobthepleo.com/forums/index.php? action=downloads; cat=9
I did according to the instruction. I repeated once again, didn't help.
At pleo rb inclusion the indicator of the battery burns green, and pleo rb doesn't move.
Before the pleo rb updating I worked normally.
If I establish in pleo rb sd card with add-on for example New Year's or Rex - pleo works. If to take out sd card, then doesn't work.
I ask to help to restore pleo rb.

I established in the beginning male update. It ceased to work. Then I tried to establish female, too I didn't earn.
In the beginning pleo tells the name update, then 'wait 2 minutes', then update f... I not absolutely understood the last word, fault is possible, but isn't sure. Also repeats the last phrase infinitely.

You will need to contact Innvo labs for the reset script. If your Pleo was bought in the last twelve months it would have already been updated.

Thanks. I already wrote them the letter. While the answer isn't present. Pleo was bought in August 2013.
The best is oftentimes the enemy of the good.
Maybe already someone has the answer from invo labs?

The problem is solved with my animal.

I will mark excellent operation and speed of response of technical support of info@innvolabs .com they and solved me the created problem.
I spent some weeks in search of the independent decision. I started it programming already.  As a result right at the end, when already I despaired to revitalize, I addressed to the instruction and about my God, I wrote to technical support. The problem was solved with their help in 3 days. 
This time they sent two firmwares:
"Pleo rb 1st firmware update V1-0(low).zip" - probably to bones clears memory.
- why the girl I don't know "Pleo rb firmware update V1-1 (female) of .zip", to them is more visible. All the same the son thinks that it is the boy, I won't disappoint him.

Here is the downloading procedure:
1) Unzip "Pleo rb 1st firmware update V1-0(low).zip" and copy all unzipped files to 1st blank MicroSD card.
2) Remove the battery from PLEO rb and insert 1st MicroSD card to the card reader which is located inside the battery compartment.
3) Insert a fully charged battery to PLEO rb.
4) Switch on PLEO rb, the power indicator light should turn green.
5) Wait about 2 minutes for the Pleo rb 1st firmware update V1-0 (low) to upload. DO NOT interrupt the upload process and DO NOT remove the battery pack or switch off the power.
6) PLEO rb will issue a sound prompt when the Pleo rb 1st firmware update V1-0 (low) upload is complete.
7) Remove the battery from PLEO rb and them remove the 1st MicroSD card from the reader.
 Unzip "Pleo rb firmware update V1-1 (female).zip" and copy all unzipped files to 2nd blank MicroSD card.
9) Insert the 2nd MicroSD card to the card reader which is located inside the battery compartment.
10) Insert a fully charged battery to PLEO rb.
11) Switch on PLEO rb, the power indicator light should turn green.
12) Wait about 2 minutes for the Pleo rb firmware update V1-1 (female) to upload. DO NOT interrupt the upload process and DO NOT remove the battery pack or switch off the power.
13) PLEO rb will issue a sound prompt when the Pleo rb firmware update V1-1 (female) upload is complete.
