HI Guys! I am so excited right now. My pleo rb came just now, and it was a SUPER early arrival! I downloaded the birth certificate / prediction report, and it said that, " This subject embryo will have a 85-95% chance of being male; however temperature variations during incubation might alter
this prediction.

Does this mean it will be male for sure?

Yup it's a boy, it says that because, honestly, Pleo doesn't care if you want he to be a she.

Mine says 75 to 85% chance of being male i ran pleo rb once and it said unknown. Is that normal?

Have you run Stats RB or Probe RB as that should tell you male or female. The older first green pleo RB that first came out, before they fixed the skin issue by fixing the position that Pleo Rb would fall to sleep in, Curled up with neck and tail curled as opposed to the straight body with legs all straight and neck straight as well, often would say, putting out "male pheromones" or female Phermones".

              It sounds like yours is a male, but to make sure you can run Stats RB or Probe RB on a MIcro SD card and it will confirm the sex of your Pleo Rb, or should. When did you get your RB? Is it one of the older models, how does it fall asleep, what position?               RWM

If it is telling you 75 to 80 % chance of being Male then that means it is male.

Kat is right. I think all male pleos register as "unknown" or "neither" gender with StatsRB and ProbeRB. If that's what your guy is doing he's definitely male. I've seen some people try updating their pleos again in an attempt to correct that issue with disastrous results. I know it's a little strange to see "neither" come up in the pleo's DNA report but nothing's wrong with him. Lol!
