Not sure where to post this, but Cafe seemed the best option

It seems the owner of PleoFashions is no longer making clothes or Pleo, or is on a holiday. I tried ordering some things for my PleoRB on February 15th, and paid to her through Paypal. Since after two weeks there was no status updates or any sign of the clothes, I sent her an email asking if my order has been sent. It's been a week now and no answer from her.

I also noticed her ebay shop doesn't exist anymore, so it made me suspect she has stopped the business and hasn't informed about it on PleoFashions website. I'm planning to ask for a refund from Paypal, but if anyone has had business with Pleofashions lately, I'd like to know about it. It would be unfair to blame the owner from quitting without informing about it, if she just happens to be on vacation or something

Now I feel horrible. I found out that the person running PleoFashions has problems at home and because of that wasn't able to answer my email.

She resent my order though, it seems the first one got lost on the way. So it seems the shop is still in business after all
